out This Webinar My professional journey in Australia has been guided by a
deep commitment to connecting rigorous research with the realities of com
munities. This reflection traces how evidence-based practice\, community p
artnership\, and advocacy can converge to drive social impact. From establ
ishing youth and migrant health advisory groups to leading national and gl
obal initiatives in reproductive and preconception health\, my career has
evolved at the intersection of science\, policy\, and lived experience. I
share insights into the challenges and rewards of embedding community enga
gement into research design\, the transformative power of co-production\,
and the importance of amplifying marginalized voices to ensure equitable a
ccess to health care. These experiences underscore that bridging research
and community is not a linear path but a dynamic\, reciprocal process that
redefines what impactful public health research can achieve.Featured Spea
